In addition the Town would appropriate $885,000 in Capital Non-Recurring Expenditure (CNRE) funding (of this sum, $445,000 would be derived from the General Fund and the remainder from CNRE fund surplus). The remaining costs would be covered by $786,000 in state grants and $125,000 from the self-sustaining Westmoor Park fund.
